Janhvi Kapoor is making her first appearance at the Cannes Film Festival 2025 for the premiere of Homebound, directed by Neeraj Ghaywan. The film is set to be screened in the prestigious Un Certain Regard section on May 21. Kapoor stars alongside Ishaan Khatter, reuniting the duo from their previous hit Dhadak. Homebound tells the story of two childhood friends from a village in North India who aspire to join the police force in search of dignity and respect.
